Exceptional Opportunity for a Global Assignments Management Professional in a Growing Multinational Organization
Our client is seeking a Global Mobility Lead to be based either in Atlanta or Houston. The Mobility Lead will help establish and operate a regional global assignment services center to administer assignments originating from and being posted to the firm’s business operations in North America. The Mobility Lead will personally administer day-to-day assignment activities and provide work direction to a Mobility Consultant ensuring exceptional customer service and achievement of performance targets as agreed with the Mobility Manager. The Mobility Lead will report to the Mobility Manager who is based in the company’s Global Services Headquarters in Singapore. Responsibilities will also include developing and driving mobility related programs.
Requirements include a college degree and 6 to 8 years hands-on international assignments administration experience. At least two of those years must include team leadership experience. Formal certification in Global Assignments Management is highly preferred. Must have a thorough understanding of and be able to train and guide others on immigration requirements, balance sheets, assignment package reviews, the assignee transfer process, international assignments tax issues, international payroll challenges, the year-end process, reporting requirements, preparation of cost projections and policy development. The successful candidate will possess a record of both working effectively with teams and exhibiting outstanding judgment and performance under minimal supervision in fast paced, ever changing environments.
