Dottie Byers is Managing Director of International Professional Relations, Inc. (IPR), and has been with the company since 1994. She has worked in various capacities with IPR, including Consultant, Trainer, Facilitator and Director of Client Services. Always an educator and trainer, Ms. Byers' training room skills combined with her adaptation, communication, organizational and management skill set make her a valued member of the IPR and FIGT Teams.

She has developed and built IPR's Personalized Assistance Services (Destination Services) from a fledgling boutique service to one of IPR's core competencies. Currently, she manages IPR's Staff and Operations, as well as the Marketing, Sales and Business Development of the firm. Dottie is also instrumental in IPR's involvement and membership in the World Relocation Network (WRN).

Dottie's relocation experience comes first-hand from numerous corporate moves, both domestic and international. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Miami, Florida and has done graduate studies in Business and Education at the University of South Carolina, Converse College in South Carolina and Ashland University in Ohio. She also holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation and the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC). Dottie resides in The Woodlands, Texas.
