Tina Quick, Founder of International Family Transitions, is an adult TCK who spent 19 years living in 6 different countries and decided to use her experience and expertise to start a business whose vision is to:
- empower families with the necessary tools and knowledge to negotiate international/cultural moves with success,
- work with Human Resource Departments to help them understand the issues expatriate employees and their families face abroad and upon return in order to develop methods for retaining and sustaining international staff and
- recognize and bring to the forefront the global issues facing Third Culture Kids.
