Mindful Transitions

The FIGT Conference is filled with inspiring people and content. Ever feel like you need a small break to breathe, reflect and process everything that's going on? If so, you are most welcomed to join us for the last 15-minutes of lunch each day as we gather in the plenary room for a brief mindfulness meditation session, led by Kate Berger. Whether you're new to meditation, have no idea what mindfulness means or have been practicing for years, you are most welcomed.

Kate Berger is a Child and Adolescent Psychologist, who incorporates mindfulness-based cognitive therapeutic techniques in her private practice The Expat Kids Club. For more information about Kate, please see www.expatkidsclub.com.
