Trisha is an organizational psychologist, working in the areas of cultural
intelligence and cultural integration, building global skills and leadership
capability, managing change and developing resilience. She has expertise in all
aspects of the HR function and delivers cultural awareness, integration and
global people management training and coaching to a range of corporate and
public sector organizations from her home base in Sydney, Australia. In the
last fifteen years, her work has impacted over a thousand individuals and
families moving to and from over 50 countries. She co-authored ‘ Finding Home
Abroad - A Guided Journal for Adapting to Life Overseas’ with Rachel Yates. She
has a Master’s degree in Psychology and is a Certified Cultural Intelligence
Facilitator. Trisha became interested in culture and the impacts of global
transitions while living in China with her husband and young children in the
90s. While Sydney is currently home, her birthplace of New Zealand still
has a special place in her heart.
