Over the past 20 years, Families in Global Transition has grown from a grassroots organization into a global platform, almost entirely run and managed by our dedicated volunteer members. FIGT is an inclusive, globally-focused, multi-sector, multi-disciplinary, non-profit organization serving the worldwide mobile/previously mobile cross-cultural community and those who support them. 

The mission of our membership program is to connect.

FIGT is a community to help you find solutions to problems or challenges you may face while crossing borders, cultures, or languages and their impact on you personally or professionally. Joining FIGT can also help you explore the subject of global mobility further while building up a network of support and resources wherever you may land. We hope you will join us.
