Leadership

Katarina Holm-DiDio grew up in Finland and relocated to the USA some 18 years ago.  As the founder of her own consulting firm Katarina is a Corporate Trainer and Global Career Management Consultant with experience ranging from global HR, talent management, intercultural competence and career management training and coaching.

She launched her career in the US with Columbia University soon to be followed by the United Nations where she still consults, in addition to providing her services to the global mobility industry. Kat is a writer who has published with Bloomberg BNA International HR Network, Wall Street Journal, and the Forum for International Trade Trading Canada. She enjoys travel, film, art and bicycling.

Amel Derragui is a TCK, business and marketing coach, speaker and podcast host at Tandem Nomads. After a career in advertising, she quit her job to join her husband abroad and launched her first business consulting corporate companies while living on the move. Six years later, as she saw a critical need to support other expat spouses in finding their own source of fulfillment and financial independence, she launched Tandem Nomads to help them learn how to grow a successful portable business. Amel often speaks for various international organizations such as the IMF and European ministries of foreign affairs to provide guidance on how to use entrepreneurship as a solution to dual career challenges. Her work is featured in various media such as Forbes Magazine and Global Living Magazine.
