Ozlem Nolet is a seasoned Career, Leadership, and Expat Coach, leveraging her 20 years of global Human Resources leadership in various areas such as Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Organizational Strategy. Using her educational background in Psychology, she has been providing strategic coaching services to individuals and teams since 2019.

Passionate about diversity, equality, and purpose-driven management, Ozlem combines pragmatic thinking with a strong belief in the power of authenticity and resilience.

Originating from Izmir, Turkey, she has lived and worked in Malaysia, Singapore, Ghana, and is currently based in the Netherlands. In addition to raising their tri-lingual son with her husband Mark, she co-parents two other sons. She is fluent in English, Dutch, and Turkish and identifies as a global citizen.
