During this session we will consider the lessons learned on the importance of maintaining global engagement and connection for families, students, and international school staff in the midst of a pandemic. In particular, we will talk about the 3 R’s namely:
- Remote (Living & Learning)
- Relationships (Maintaining & Sustaining)
- Rebuilding (Resilience & Wellbeing)
Please email: UK@figt.org and the zoom link will be sent to you ahead of the meeting.
My name is Mary and I am the Executive Director of Recruitment and Relationship Management at TASIS The American School in England. An experienced HR leader and counseling professional, I have the privilege of working with families, students, faculty and staff at our beautiful 46-acre campus located 18 miles southwest of London and 8 miles from Heathrow. TASIS provides a truly international learning experience for over 600 students aged 3 to 18, with boarding available from grade 8. Representing over 50 nations, our students, faculty and staff thrive in an environment of life-long learning, international mindedness, and service leadership. The unprecedented events of the past year have challenged us to redefine the 3 R’s and we have learned many valuable lessons along the way.
