CONFERENCE CORE THEME ANNOUNCED!

With so many excellent ideas to choose from, it was a long, hard task to narrow the field down to the two days of talks that we can fit on the FIGT 2015 stage.

We're proud to present the four core topic areas we'll be exploring around our conference theme -- 'Finding Home: Amidst Global Change' -- set to ignite your mind at #FIGT15 on March 6-8th, 2015:

Topic Area #1: PERSPECTIVES opens the lens wide to look at the big picture. In these sessions, we'll explore not just how we "do" global family support, but how we think about social structures, diversity, and how we form global identities in the communities we inhabit.

Topic Area #2: FUNDAMENTALS attempts to redefine how we conceive and describe unique aspects of global family experiences. We're taking creativity, research and current terminology to define the cornerstones of success. These fundamentals have universal application and impact.

* Topic Area #3: RELATIONSHIPS uses our common personal experiences to bolster real-world connection with others. It highlights the unique nature of interpersonal experiences within a global setting.

* Topic Area #4: APPLICATIONS takes what we've learned in theory and applies it to the "real world." It's where we find solutions for the challenges of global transition.
